Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
